|
Must have a minimum of 1 year driving experience as well
as a Class A CDL license. Clean driving abstract also
required. Previous foodservice experience along with
knowledge of NY/NJ metropolitan area preferred.

Marketing Associates
|
Responsible for sales
accounts in designated territories & collection of
receivables for those particular accounts. Ability to
handle fast paced work environment. PC experience &
college degree/foodservice background preferred. Must be
able to work a flexible schedule.

Night
Warehouse Selectors-
|
Must have one year of
warehouse or related experience. Must be able to
work nights. Position requires the ability
to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker-hilo).

|
Procurement Specialist-
|
Order and manage proper levels of inventory on a large
group of items. Good organizational skills and
mathematical abilities are a must. The ideal candidate
should be highly motivated and be able to work in a fast
paced environment. Mainframe and PC skills such as
Microsoft word and excel are a plus. |

Transportation Supervisor
|
Qualified candidate must have at least two years of
supervisory experience, preferably in Transportation,
and a valid CDL class A. Prior experience managing in a
union environment preferred. Strong leadership,
communication, PC skills, and ability to work a flexible
schedule required.

|
|
Product Manager
|
Manage the relationship between our company and our
suppliers. Achieve increases in sales through
promotions, vendor programs and pricing. Negotiate all
terms of doing business with our suppliers. Manage
product pricing to keep our company competitive in our
market. Select new items through supplier presentations.
Monitor non performing inventory. Assist sales force
with questions concerning specific products. Work with
Marketing Dept. on special pricing and promotions.
Participate in Food Shows. Mainframe computer and
personal computer experience preferred. 3 years Food
Service purchasing, Food Service sales experience or
other related purchasing experience is required.
Required background experience in at least one of the
three categories listed, training will be given on the
other categories.

Meat Specialist (Buckhead Beef)
|
This position services the Northern New Jersey and
Westchester areas. It serves as the coordinating link
between sales, marketing and merchandising departments
relative to Buckhead Beef and other meat products and
programs. Candidate is expected to study local market
conditions and develop strategies to increase protein
sales based on knowledge of local needs and
opportunities. Candidate is expected to conduct
Buckhead Beef and other protein presentations to target
key customers.

Night Warehouse Supervisor-(Training) |
Responsibilities include training and development of
employees in the use of Preferred Work Methods, inspect
for and address all unsafe conditions, perform accident
investigations and promote employee safety, cross-train
all employees in major functions, understand and fulfill
the terms of our labor agreement; ability to
communicate with all personnel regarding departmental
issues, ensure that the company is in compliance with
all government regulations, ability to read and
interpret company regulations, policies, contracts,
etc., Must be able to effectively present operations
information and respond to questions from company
management and employees. Ideal candidate must posses a
high school diploma, college degree preferred.
