Business
Development Manager
|
The business development manager will be responsible for
bringing new and significant businesses to the company;
will follow up on leads from the Sr. Business
Development Manager and Sales Managers by contacting
prospective customers and following through until
achieving the sale. Will also be expected to create a
list of target accounts derived from personal research
and networking. Qualified candidate must possess
excellent organizational skills, must have the ability
to interact with people and have a high comfort level
with cold calling. Must be proficient in SAM and
MS-Office.

Business
Development Specialist
|
The business development specialist is responsible for
managing and growing a sales route in the distributor
and specialty division of territory street sales.
Customers consist primarily of distributors,
manufacturers, bakeries and retail markets. The business
development specialist will negotiate pricing, show new
items; create specials and present marketing programs
for this highly competitive market segment. Also
responsible for taking orders and collecting payments
from customers as well as prospecting and opening new
accounts. Qualified candidate must possess excellent
organizational skills, must have the ability to interact
with people and have a high comfort level with cold
calling. Must be proficient in SAM and MS-Office. |

Marketing Specialist-Food Service
Disposables
|
This position serves as a coordinating link between
Sales, Marketing and Merchandising departments relative
to Food Service Disposable Products and Programs. Will
spend more than 50% of the time in the field or directly
involved in sales training. Must have the ability to
communicate during sales presentations, interface with
all levels of management, write and complete proposals
and reports, use a PC and Microsoft Office Programs.
Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a
good driving record and auto insurance with liability
limits required by the company.

Night Warehouse Selectors-
|
Must have one year of warehouse or related experience.
Must be able to work nights. Position requires
the ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift,
cherry picker-hilo). |
|
|
Transportation Supervisor
|
Transportation supervisor with a minimum of three years
supervisory or related experience. Knowledge of DOT
laws as well as the Tri-state area and background in
foodservice required. Prior experience managing in a
union environment preferred. Strong leadership,
communication, PC skills, and ability to work a flexible
schedule required. |
